The focus is to provide readers with a better comprehension of history and heritage of Islamic intellectual traditions in all Islamic cultural areas including the Malay Archipelago/Southeast Asian region through publication of articles and book reviews.

SCOPE
The Journal Peradaban specializes in Islamic religious, philosophical, ethical and cultural studies in particular, and religious and philosophical studies in general, and is intended to convey contemporary issues on the subject. This journal openly receives contributions from scholars of related disciplines.
