PENGARUH BERBAGI PENGETAHUAN DAN KERJA TIM TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN DI MODERASI OLEH DUKUNGAN SUPERVISOR PADA PT ASURANSI JASA INDONESIA

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh berbagi pengetahuan dan kerja sama tim terhadap kinerja karyawan di moderasi oleh dukungan supervisor pada PT Asuransi Jasa Indonesia. Berbagi pengetahuan dan kerja tim merupakan faktor penting dalam meningkatkan kinerja dengan dukungan supervisor. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan tekknik survei yang melibatkan karyawan PT Asuransi Jasa Indonesia. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 300 karyawan dan sampel 157 orang karyawan PT Asuransi Jasa Indonesia dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling menggunakan skala likert. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuisioner yang dirancang untuk mengukur variabel berbagi pengetahuan, kerja tim, dukungan supervisor dan kinerja karyawan. Teknik analisis data menggunakan SEM PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa berbagi pengetahuan tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kerja tim berpengaruh terhadap terhadap kinerja karyawan. Dukungan supervisor terhadap kinerja karyawan. Dukungan supervisor tidak memoderasi hubungan berbagi pengetahuan dan kerja tim kerhadap kinerja karyawan.Downloads
